Personally, I would trust a lady in church LESS than I would trust a lady I met somewhere else. If she's single, anyway. She's more likely to have an agenda. Most of the severe problems I have run into in life have been a result of the actions of "Christian" women.

You will find the good and the bad everywhere

Would you really want to end up with someone like Carol M?

I would hate to end up with an evil church goer and have her justify her actions with god.

I was scammed by a christian running a daycare out of her house. She said she couldn't make it through the summer if we didn't keep paying her (even though our daughter wasn't going) after the last check cleared she shut down. She said she had done a lot of soul searching but had to close down. My wife called her a scam artist and she replied that she didn't plan on it and Jesus would have never let her cheat us.

No, oh no. When someone tells you what a good Christian they are you need to cover your private parts and back away slowly so that no one gets hurt.

Trust the lady at the bar more. Heck, trust Hilary Clinton more.

It doesn't matter where you meet a person there are going to be good apples and bad apples in every bunch. Being a church goer doesn't automatically give you the moral high ground.

Of course not. Just because somebody goes to church does not mean they are a saint. A lot of people who attend church are there for the wrong reasons.

church shouldn't be a defining factor for trust. when people show you who they really are, believe them the first time. trust your innate ability to see through someones b.s. into who they really are.
