That depends, to someone 6' 5" yes, you're short....but to someone 5' 0", they want to be your height.
Height is like age...it's only a number. You're as tall or as young as you want yourself to be.

no 5'8 is a great height im 5'3 and i am short compared to you if you and that height and you think you are short then i am a miget compared to you

depends how tall you are, and what your opinions are. Personally, I'm 6'4", the last girl I dated was 5'4", and it really didn't bother either of us
