well I met this guy at work and .. he seems to be all about sex and Im not into that right now because I have to much stuff going on and im not interested . he is really nice . but idk what to do because I work with him . I see him everyday and stuff . Idk if I want to start anything with him because I work with him but im thinking if I say I dont want to start anything with him it might be ockward and weird and stuff. idk. o and he might treat me diff because he is my team leader too. .. should I take a sign that he is all into sex and might not be into me as a person?.. idk what to do ...

If your Gut feelings and woman's intutuion tell you he is all about sex, and you seem that you have been that road before and don't want to get hurt or used again by any one.
You mention of having other stuff in your life and you like him because you have not been touched or anything by a guy in a long time. So it is safe to assume you have not had sex in some time and long for a male companion. If this guy is all about sex why would you want to mess with him in the first place ?
I get the feeling that your interest in this guy is clouding your mind in making a realistic decision, as were you want to go and to deal with the fall out. Remember you work together and some places have strict rules of conduct of people in the same place dating etc....
Besides working with him is there any thing you know about him out side of work? Is he Married, Divorced, have kids etc.
Be smart and do the home work of finding out about him out side of work and not be blind by the way he is pushing your emotional buttons. It is your call and decision at the end of the day with him

sounds to me like all he wants is a booty call.just watch out, he may try to use his power, (position at work) to try and influence your decision.
