Yes I am I am a Nutcase with a capital N !!! And yes me Dr. did say I am mild retarded. But I don't give a damn I like me just the way I am!! I woulden worry about. If you are retared then you are if you ain't then you ain't.. But I know I am like I said I am a Nutcase!! I wear diapers. I play with my toys. And I answer questions on here don't that tell it all.
