Hell yeah if your smart. But don't sleep with him right away try to seduce him, make him come to you, if he is to slow you go ahead and do all the work then drive him crazy in bed, do a crazy fantasy of his and try to tell him about your promotion on the following weeks when he is drooling over you, even if everyone in the office is talking about what you two are doing don't give a ****, because you getting the money. And if none that doesn't work just sue him for sexual harassment, but have some type of proof, or threaten him about telling his wife or something and get your money.

It would speed you up on the tramp track. I don't mean to be rude, but you will get a reputation that you don't want. Your boss will tell other people, even if you think he won't. You aren't going to start any job at the top, so just be patient. You will have your chance to shine. If you go to your boss with that, he may take it offensively and report you for harassment. Then you will lose your job. It's not worth it!

I sincerely hope this question is a joke. If you have sex with your boss you will seriously put yourself in danger of losing your job and of becoming cheap office gossip. If you're tired of the "stupid billing" find another job. Don't "sell" yourself for anything or anybody. Have some pride and value yourself.

I'm thinking it would speed you up on the prostitute track. It might work for the job too, but you should consider a new job, wouldn't doing something that you enjoy and succeeding because you were good at it, be a better way to go.

Don't sleep with someone bc you want them to give you a promotion. That's wrong, and one way or another, someone's feelings are going to get hurt.

~ His for you standing him up

or

~ Yours bc you sleeping with him might not get you anything but a disease that you'll never get rid of.

AND

Will you really feel good about getting a job bc you did this?

Think how your going to feel when people ask if you got the job. Sure youll say yes, but then youll think constantly about how you got it.

It sounds desperate to me.

You need to work to recieve a raise. Not degrade yourself for a few extra bucks

you might need a shrink too. Sounds to me like theres a much deeper problem.

Thanks for the two points.

Have you considered working hard, showing that you are a team player and a go getter in order to be promoted? I'm sure that if you sleep with your boss, you WON'T get promoted, and will run the risk of losing your job.

It's your decision though.

Hell would you really feel good about your promotion if you did it? Just be patient, Make sure you are putting 110% into your job and you will be noticed more and respect yourself more than if you slept with your boss.. besides they always want more and you wont wanta go there all the time

All that will do is speed you out the door. Because he's the boss he's staying when he gets tired of you ,or you he. SO GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

It's your choice.
But I would suggest speaking to your boss or supervisor about you interest in other areas of the company or a raise or a promotion.
