Very nice and easy to make too!
Cut the fine zest from 5 lemons, none of the white
put it in a liter of vodka. Wait 4 days
heat a liter of bottled water and dissolve 400grams of sugar in it
cool the sugar water
mix the 2 liquids togeter
wait 2 weeks, serve icy cold in any type of little glass, champagne, shot or real limoncello glasses

YES!!! Delicious & in Italy the Italians use Limoncello as a degestivo after the 6 course meal they ate. Lemon taste w/a punch!! Put it in your freezer-yep-the whole bottle, chill for several hours, leave in there for all future drinking & serve in shot glasses. This is the best way I think to serve it. Especially in this hot weather. One can put some in a blender, add ice & have a limoncello icee. A very tasty drink. Highly recommend this drink-especially if you like lemon {:

Yes! It is wonderful!

I always celebrate a joyful Thanksgiving with a bunch of wild and crazy Italians, and Limoncello for dessert has become a tradition with us. We serve it icy cold from the freezer, and it goes very well with an Italian ricotta pie or a sponge cake with raspberries. Heaven!
