cAN anyone help me? my computers CD drive wont open and i cant imagine what is wrong but i dont think there is a disk stuck inside it...its a compaq computer if that helps any but i dont really think it will...

Get a medium sized paper clip. Spread it out (straight). Look on the front of the drive for a small hole. Push the clip into the hole and use it to operate the "emergency eject" feature. It'll take some force but fish around and you'll feel it make contact, then push. It'll allow the drive to open to the point where you can grasp the tray and pull it gently.
