The first step is admitting that you have a problem. So you're on the right path. Now you need to find yourself a counselor/psychiatrist to talk with. There are many groups that you can become involved in that will help. You're not alone in facing this. It's a disease that affects many.

You can do it! Start going for a walk instead of watching porn. There are twelve step groups devoted to recovery from a pornography addiction! Sex Addict Anonymous. No I am not a member, but I have heard of them!

Why? Porn is a multi-billion dollar industry. You are not alone. The first step in quitting is to remove it from your home. Next step is to not buy anymore. If you watch it online - just go cold turkey with internet.

I suggest if you really want to stop watching pornography, you seek counseling or a help group for porn addicts. I know a man at my church who was addicted to porn and being released from that addiciton changed his life. Good luck!

Try making your own porn , you as the main cast. And watch it everyday, I think you will stop watching porn in less than 2 days after that.
