You can never return bad for bad and equal anything good. If you still like him for other reasons, making him pay will not be a good start to a relationship. It will only hurt the starting of the relationship. Instead, try forgiving him and forgetting about it, but make sure he knows you do not like it when someone lies to you or else he might think it was alright to lie and do it again. If you do not like him, then forgive and forget and move on to find someone else. Still remaining friends is always a good option because you may never know who you might meet in the future that you might like.

dont play games. if you're upset and can't trust and all that move on. it may hurt but never sell yourself short. your expectations should be met as long as they are resonable. if you can forgive and forget, get back together and don't mention it again. you forgave him so don't keep bringing it up, that'll only do future damage. if yall only gone be friend with or with benifits, don't live a lie and eat false hope. it'll only hurt down the line

Make Him want you.
Don't give Him any thing, but make Him want you, and then get rid of Him.
Find a some other guy completely opposite of what He is like,
And don't even talk to Him afterwards.

I know they say revange is sweet. But in some cases it's best to leave it alone because someone may get hurt. U can tell him off REALLY REALLY good and not put up with anything else, he says or does

Peacefully confront him with the information that you have knowledge of so that he'll realize that you are not the idiot he thought you were; then just walk away; find someone who will treat you with more respect!

if it's about his love life..you're in no position to get angry...
but if it's not...maybe you should confront him...but not really yell or fight with him...
it might end your,(as you say)FLIRTY friendship... and you'll be left hanging which I doubt you won't like
