A broken heart is the most pain that you will ever experience, but you will get over it! Be prepared, it will take a long time, but everyday that goes by will put a little piece of your heart back in place, and the sooner you start trying to go out (try in groups of friends) just to get out of the house, the faster your heart will heal. Good Luck

You must forget the things that made your heart broken, but it will takes a very long time until you can really heal it back. Pretend that all of the things just a nightmare and you must believe there are a better future for u.

Time heals all wounds. Time or a bottle of vodka. Just kidding. Time really is the only thing that will ease the pain. Talking with someone you trust, might help some, but take things slow and don't jump in to any new relationships.Things WILL eventually get better. I know because I been there, done that. Life goes on, no matter what. You create your own state of being.Think possitive and possitive things will come your way. Take care... and hugs...

By building a new one. Takes time for the new heart to grow around the old, broken one. Unfortunately, the process of growing a new heart is extremely painful. Keep your core values and your new heart will be even stronger than the old one.

First off, I am sorry to hear that you are so heartbroken. She must have been a lot to you and now its hard to say, that's it, it's over. I hope you know though, that time does help and does heal all wounds. You have to figure out what makes you feel better. I don't know you but do you have any hobbies?Things to do, to keep your mind off of her? Or any friends, girls or guys, to hang out with and do things with? It is also okay and very healthy to let it out, whether it be chopping wood, having a good cry(or several)and talking to others who you can trust. I've been there, one too many times in my past and can tell you, that it is best you find this all out now, before settling into an engagement and marriage. You will see, in time, it will all make sense. For now you want to keep faith, be who you are, and hang in there! Better times are ahead, trust me. I know it isn't easy but sometimes through the most painful times, is when we define who we are, who we want, what we want, etc and there is a rainbow after every dark cloud. So hang on, buckle up, for this wild and crazy ride of life!!

i am blessed by God with extreme tolerance of heart aches. i just cry it out and next thing i know, im okey again. Acceptance is what you need. try to let go of the past and make anoher start. think about where you went wrong and learn from it.
cheer up! it hurts now but sooner or later, you will realize that what happened was a good thing otherwise you probably had not met the one you're going to meet and end up with someday!

Well, being truthful and honest..it will take time to heal, but believe me, sooner than u know u'll be back on track. I've had my heart broken REAL bad..and i didnt want to go out with anyone or even think anyone was cute or be around anyone, etc. for about a year...but then i got back on track and had a few boyfriends since ...and im better than ever...the person who basically "played" me was a jerk and i dont need to waste my time moping around him when he probably isnt moping around me...i've been with my boyfriend now for 10 months, and im better than ever...u'll find someone perfect for u...and u'll be back on track.

It hurts more than people realize it does I know......Time heals all wounds, the only problem is that there is no set amount of time, and some heartaches seem to take forever to recover from. Good luck to you :-)
