i know i already ask this qeution i didnt think it went through sorry.anyhow the hispanic americans are totlly against illegal immigrants and for legal immigrants so if we did take a vote americans will undoublty vote against all illegal immigrants.peace

I think they ultimately won't because a lot of Hispanics will be mad if they do (not surprising, cause many of them are from Mexico, or have Mexican origins), and since they're a growing portion of the voting population, it's pretty much suicidal for anyone to support a bill like that right now.
On the other hand, wtf do they want us to do? Anything that's been suggested seems unpopular, yet they want us to also control illegals from crossing over. So why don't they present us a better solution?

Now that actually raises a good question I don't know the answer to. I think I'll ask it as a question before I do research on it myself, someone else may already know the answer.
Can we 'gather signatures' to put a referendum or voter-drafted bill on the Federal ballot as we can at the state level?
THAT would totally change the political dynamics...

they are trying again real soon in the house. There is another comprimise that is being floated. Results in all illegals being able to stay though, and the "temporary" worker program that once you are part of, you never have to leave. Call your House Members and email them. This is really important. Let them know how you feel or they will go for it.

First of all not all immigrants are bad. You know some of the actually want to learn english and want more than your green card. So yes I do support this cause.

i wish we ahd the chance to vote against it! we should just rocket launch them all back to thier countries. ya know, for instance, we could just use a hughe cannon to launch the illegal mexicans back to mexico.
