I'm not that shy and I'm not too afraid to ask a guy out. I saw this hot guy that I was interested in. I haven't actually met him yet. Should I ask him out the day that we meet after we've gotten to talk a little bit or should i wait longer?

I have never met a guy who would not enjoy the flattery of a girl asking him out.
Don't have "relations" with him on the first date though - as he'll then probably only associate you with sex. Unless thats all you want him for :-)

You could ask him out right away - no real harm in it. But, it is better to get to know him at least a little bit to see if he is worth going out with, so talk for a time or two first is the best thing. That way you might get a clue as to whether he would say yes or not.

When u feel in ur heart dat its the right moment or time to ask him. But u should wait and talk to him longer get to kno him first because if yall go out den he can be a killer or abuser...so u wanna make sure u kno him..dont make ne mistakes..make sure u kno him and he is the right person for u caz u dont want to get hurt ok??..Best of Wishes...wen the time is right u will kno it in ur heart...follow ur heart=]

If you like him the answer is simple....Before some other woman does.
Introduce yourself, tell him you find him attractive, and was wondering if he would like to maybe go out sometime. He'll be flattered, and interested. If there isn't already another woman in his life, he'll probably say sure, why not.
How better to get to know someone than going out with them? Gives you plenty of time to talk, and find out if you'd like to see more of each other.

Jess, what about NOT asking him out. what about CHARMING him into asking YOU out? men are born to hunt, women are born to gather...if you follow this genetic code, your romantic life will be much more fulfilling and fun!! The approach you suggest seems SO desperate, and I am pretty sure, you are not that girl.
