A shy girl would not smile, neither would a disinterested one. A disiniterested girl would be mean and a shy girl would be minding her own business. OVerall, it's very hard to tell the difference.

If she's shy you can make her overcome that,if she's playing hard to get you have to work at it that little bit harder,if she's not interested you're better off going for one of the others

shy girl -- has hard time to decide yes or no
playing hard -- confident & very much decided
not interested -- thinks there will always be a next better one
