Since your only 14 and still growing you don't want to do way too much. I wouldn't say necessarily "diet" but just adopt a healthier lifestyle. Make sure you don't skip any meals because your body will think your starving yourself and will hold the fat and you will end up gaining back whatever you lost quick. Try to eat about 5 small meals a day. And always eat breakfast. Try not to eat a lot of sweets but don't completely deprive yourself otherwise you will probably end up binging. Is there anything physical you like to do? I don't like walking either but if you could find a friend to walk with you it would be more fun. Its summer time so maybe you could go to the pool or if you have dog take it for a walk. If you want to do something from your home maybe you can a pilates video. I have a friend who tried that and swears it works. She said it was hard at first but it got easier as she went. Good Luck!

It's very unhealthy but it's is easily possible to lose 10 pounds or more in a month by doing that. Also, stay hydrated! The less you eat, the more dehydrated you get. So DRINK WATER. Don't drink soda at all and no sweets- that will ruin your progress. Stick to fruits and veggies when you do eat. They are low calorie plus many of them are considered "negative calorie" foods, meaning it takes more energy to digest them than calories coming in. 30 minutes of walking is considered "exercise." Hello? Your walking! Keep a high pace and then you'll be exercising. Try to add some in at home. If you binge [[i.e. eat a ton of food in a short period of time]], your supposed to fast the next day. This is very unhealthy and you will develop an eating disorder.

Then you are doomed to a life of eating lettuce. Get up and do some exercise, but eat healthily - don't diet. A local doctor should be able to give you some good advice and an exercise regime.

Hi,

You must be such a sweet shy girl.

You're 14 years old now and I think you don't need to go on a diet. I got some ideas for you;

1. Please don't go on a diet, eat well and sleep well everyday. Please have a dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed.

2. Please try to work out little by little, such as taking a walk in the park, listening to your favorite music, playing tennis, or swimming (you can also walk for a short time in the swimming pool). Let's start walking a day for a short time, listening to music.

3. Please do join any club activities once or twice a week for your health.

4. Please do an exercise before going to bed, stretching your body and your legs. (for a short time but constantly every night.)

5. You may also consult with a health care adviser to check-up and to have necessary information on a daily health care, if you need calorie control advices.

6. Please love your body and love yourself, always.
You are so beautiful the way you are. Please don't worry much about your weight on your age right now.

Life is once and you can enjoy your life to make it healthy and more interesting every time.

Please smile now and open the window to have sunshine on beautiful you!

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. eat three small means and two or three snacks a day. the snacks should be fruit or nuts or vegetables. No chips.
That keeps you metabolism working. Get out of the house, help with yard work or go to the park where old and young alike walk which keeps it from getting boring. Good luck

I'd suggest some light excercise if you're only 14, try doing some situps or possibly biking...
then as you get older, work your way up, and do more strenuous excercise, hope that helps.

Go in to the doctor and ask them for assistance. You should be able to walk without pain, you are 14.. so something is wrong.
