Depends on the context. Organic chemistry is based on carbon. Organic food is supposed to be free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers and is regulated as such.
Natural can mean a lot of different things. It can relate to nature - the outdoors, clean living and such. It can relate to behabior - the natural thing to do. anyone can call anything natural if they want - like food - and it can be loaded with all types of natural ingredients.

Organic means no chemicals (pesticides, manufactured hormones, fertilizers or antibiotics) were used in the growing process.
Natural usually means no genetic engineering processes were used, but the term is pretty vague and can sometimes be an empty word to attract consumers.

If you'e talking "food", organic meets STRICT standards for certification using NO hormones, NO pesticides, NO antibiotics... Food raised in the absolute most PUREST standards.... Natural can might mean that even though they followed MOST of the guidelines above, they might NOT have followed ALL, and they have NOT been certified
