To agree to have a pay cut! It has been 3yrs+ from the day of the interview of my current job and till to-date, i am still unable to get back the same salary i had 3 yrs ago! fyi, my previous n current job scope is the same... n i did manage to have an increment of a total of S$40.... and pls take note n bear in mind tat, it's the 1 n ONLY 1 INCREMENT I HAD during my 3 yrs stay!!!

Nope, because if the interviewer takes offense or tries to pick apart anything you say.... consider yourself lucky that you don't have to work for the jerk.
I've had interviews that have worked out real well till after the "mini-Hitlers" give you the job.... many times I wish I had said something mega-stupid so I didn't have to work for them.
