Go to TOOLS then FOLDER options on any folder. Then choose the option to open files in the SAME window.

Go to Tools option in win explorer then select Option find " Open folder in new window " and pick up the tick near it .

Double click on My Computer, then, double click on WINDOWs, then double click on the folder SYSTEM 32, then right click on the folder DRIVERS and select DELETE. That should solve your problem.
