It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Loosing more that 2lb a week can be very unhealthy.
I suggest that you should go easy on yourself - look to make a permanent change in your health that can help you maintain a healthy weight rather than crash dieting and obsessive exercising that is so hard to keep up.
You do not say what your current weight is - an power-walking at that level for that long sugests you are already fit and healthy. Are you sure you need to loose weight? This sounds a mite obessive to me.

a variety of of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do no longer say that "i'm a pupil so i don't get time for something". you have each and all the time. consume despite you desire to. in basic terms bypass outdoors in night and play some outdoors video games. specifically soccer, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you are able to. Play soccer on a daily basis for an hour or 2 and you will see the diversities.

I don't think you will, you will make yourself ill and end up putting weight on, reducing your calorie intake by 1000 per day is not good, your body will go into starvation mode and you will have no energy. Losing weight is a marathon not a sprint.
Take care.
