Gusano (with a G) is worm, and Rojo is red, so it is Red Worm (the worm is from the inside of the agave plant) and yours is Mezcal, not Tequila. This is defined by whether or not it was produced in the "Tequila Region" of Mexico and contains at least 51% Blue Agave, or not. A new bottle is about 16 bucks for 750ml or $20 for a liter (just a tad over a quart) if you buy it in a bordertown. Also, since liquors are not aged in the bottle, they are aged in wood casks and barrels prior to bottling, i'd say it's still worth the same as a new bottle, but it might be worth more to a collector if it is different from the modern bottle. Personally, i think you should dust it off and do a shot!

Any bottle of Tequila is valuable! Call one of the better restaurants in your area and ask if they can recommend an authority on liquor.
