Go to the local zoo and buy tiger poo. Spread it around. It will terrify the local cats they will think you have a tiger.
Sounds silly but actually it works.

Or an air rifle and a good vantage point.
Alternatively cover your garden boundaries with lemon juice, cats loathe the smell of citrus friut.

Take some bleach and pour a fine line along the yard. It keeps cats and skunks away from your lawn.
They also have these machines that emits a high oitch sound to keep away animals from the garden.
Some machines also emit a spray too.

well aint this your lucky day buddy....i have the perfect solution....i had the same prob with a couple of noisy cats next door to me....then i got hold of a webly premier 2.2....it dosent kill them(unless u get a good head shot)it sure makes them think twice b4 they set foot within a good radius of my garden....they even go as far to go the long way round to avoid a cap in there ***....i know its sad to hurt animals....but its the only way...you could have kids running bout in your garden and they could get desieses from cat poo......fire at will buddy!!!!

an air soft gun a gas one or spring loaded one that fires white plastic hard pellets a few of these ought to keep them away my husband sells them and other things that can help with the problem or you can try a water sprinker as cats hate water

they say if you put down lion s**t down the cat or cats wont go in your garden because of the small of the lion stops the cat or cats

when i lived with people who had cats the next door neighbours put orange peel, lemon or lime peel nething acidic it seem to work aswell
apprantly acid is not good for cats so they keep away from it
so you could always try that

Moth balls!!
My grandma used to put moth balls all around her garden and the scent kept cats away.
