A tooth cannot be cured of it;s cavities as there are damaged areas on a tooth. Prevention is the way to deal with cavities. Regular dental visits, proper diet and dental hygene are all needed.

You got cavities then you need a dentist(cure). As them for preventative measures . A good old drilling and filling cures the pain of cavities.
