If you eat too much fruit, you could actually gain weight doing that. The key to weight loss is moderation and avoiding the types of food you already know you shouldn't be eating; chips, sodas, deserts, fries, etc.
Combine that with an hour of aerobic exercise a week and you'll lose weight.

If you are overweight, you lose a lot. If you are thin, you don't lose any weight. How could this be? It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. That would be based on ;your weight, how much exercise, your metabolism, etc.
It doesn't sound healthy to me. There's nothing wrong with veggies, whole grain, some dairy, etc, and a little fat.
You'd probably lose, but when you start eating the way you did before, you may put on a whole lot more.

You will become more worse......stop dieting now!!!!!!!! If you really wanna look good by removing extra calories then I would suggest you to join a good gym or any dancing classes or yoga or aerobics and if you don't have that much time then please go for a walk in morning and evening and try to cycle everyday. Not taking food would not loose your weight but it would make you sick and how can you look good when you are on the bed taking multivitamins only....all the best, you will be the most good looking person in your town one day

You lose 1 pound for every 3500 calories you spend. This is done by either taking in less calories per day and/or spening them by exercising.

i know this is not helping but dont eat ONLY fruit for a week, you'll be starved..unless you eat a hell of alot of fruit.
