Actually they don't get to do that with the official LDS church these days. They used to be able to do that and several splinter groups still practice polygamy.
As a consolation, Mormon men can still be "sealed" or married to more than one wife in heaven. Usually that's when they've been married more than once on earth or if they just they have big crush on some lady past or present. So, polygamy in heaven is still okay with the LDS church.

Usually they are the neices and cousins of the men. The mormons are a tight group of people, generally owning most of the business in the towns. The shops, the gas stations...the women are handed around like mints. They don't have a choice in the matter. They make sure they knock them up good and early, then keep them pregnant and broke so they don't have the means or the will to do anything other than what they are told. With all the people in the communities working so closely, there are people watching also. If "Jane" is getting shady and wants to leave the group.."John and Lynn" at the market watch her every move when she's at work. Then "Pedro and Vanessa" watch her at service that night. It's very cult like.

The LDS Church based in Salt Lake does not practice polygamy. Even when it did not all members did and then most had only two wives.
One example that I know of had 7 wives but only had children with 2 and the first wife was dead for years before he married the second one. So he actually lived a monogamist life style. The other women were much older widows he took care of.

It depends on how many cows they have some wives are worth eight cows while other wives are only worth two or three

because these women are so ugly no other guy would marry them no just kidding they are actually brainwashed,as most religions do they put the fear of god in them and make them believe that is their only role in life to serve man,and these men are close to pedophiles,the girls are very young,and are scared,its a sad affair,but when they get to hell boy wont they be surprised

like all religions its just a mans club only run by men and ruled by men look at the Arabs that was what our religions where like
