Wow! I never knew there were so many ways to eat peas....lol
I've never heard of putting vinegar on them before. That's different.
For myself I think it depends on the type of pea as to whether I like Garden or Processed. The little green peas I love processed, not fresh. But there are others that I loveeee straight from the garden. But ohhh the work involved in getting a bowlful of them.....lol
Have A Nice Day!

I prefer the first pee in the morning, that's always the best and most looked forward to. I don't use the garden for pees though, we've got an indoor toilet and it is processed with a quick flush.
PS What about mushy peas and mint? Have you never lived?

its not a diff one at all - garden peas. fresh from the pod (having ben picked by hand) are so sweet and moreish children eat them like sweets. Havent seen many doing that with processed peas. There is however a place for most things and i come from the north so can cope with mushy peas for chips etc.

It just has to be processed! Processed! Processed! Processed! Whether they're marrowfat or those beautiful small ones it's always processed. Garden peas? Get outta here! Processed peas? I'll see you there mate!

Snow peas for Thai curries; sugar snaps (as favoured above) for eating raw; frozen garden peas for putting into Indian curries; mushy peas (in my view) are the work of the devil... urgle!

Marrowfat peas - the ones you buy dried, need to be soaked overnight and simmered for an eternity, but well worth it. Once cooked and completely mushy, coated in a light powdering of black pepper and a dollop of butter - enough to die for!
One of the best fibrous vegetables you can have and delicious, however, nothing in life is perfect and an over-indulgence can lead to very very loud and repeated trumping (Lancashire/North of England folk will get the gist!)_

Infant peas in the pod are best. Thats right, PEA PODS are by far the best way to eat peas.
