Muslims have a 500 years history of horendous murders of Hindus and Buddists. They often now state that they have good intent, should they pay for and rebuild the buddist statue to show good intent. Some answers from Muslims please.

Yes they should. As I believe Islam teaches respect for one's religion. I guess as America dictates it's democracy and way of living to the Muslims world. Maybe it should follow by rebuilding all the mosque's it bombed to find a single man.
