Hard question to answer so many monks Round Midnight, Coltrane's A Love Supreme, Duke,s Take the a Train, Monk again Straight no Chaser, Miles Blue and Green, Dexter Gordon, Tanya, so so so many.

You said most POPULAR. Therefore, the answer is Take Five by Dave Brubeck. WAIT NO! That one is popular - yes VERY popular indeed, and most people would know it.
But there are two others that are even more well known: The Pink Panther Theme by Henri Mancini (yes, it's a Jazz score) and the Charlie Brown piano theme by Vince Guaraldi.
Overall, I would bet that Charlie Brown is the winner.

hard to say- maybe So What, by miles davis. for piano- it's probably that one thelonious monk piece- i don't know what any of them are called- jelly roll is tight,too
