The poops seem to get bigger end bigger depending on the time she has been left in her cage, I'm really confused by this please help!

A lot of parrots hold their poop because they don't want to soil their cage. When your bird gets out of her cage, she considers it the perfect opportunity to relieve herself, even if she is on your shoulder or the couch.
You can try giving her the step up command and then hold her a couple of minutes on your finger while she is still in the cage, then give her the "poop" command.
The first morning poops are also huge because parrots hold their poops all night long.

Your cockatiel is being considerate - she or he is saving it all up for when she is out of the cage so you don't have to clean a huge mess in the cage. I agree.... call the vet if the droppings get bigger than dog poo! LOL Now, seriously - birds do that.... my larger birds save up all night and that's the first thing they do in the morning - they would rather not go where they live type of thing - I breed tiels - it is completely normal.

oh boy, sounds like a mess for you. when my cockatiel was laying eggs she did this. she would hold it until i came home and let her out. then she went on my rug ! yuk ! i ended up putting her on a tv tray and saying go poo poo right there. and she did LOL. sorry i dont have an answer for you. maybe she can go in the toilet when you come home ? LOL.

dont take her out as much or just wen u take her out, then just bring a napkin wid u. if ur still worried, go to da vet.
