see a doctor it's probably a hormonal imbalance simply halting your body from ovulation. My sister had a similar problem and they put her on birth control she started her cycle a month later than when she stopped the birth control her periods have been regular since. But only a doctor can tell you for sure.

There are many reasons why you might not have a period by age 23years. You should see a doctor, but if you are feeling okay and quite healthy there is no rush. You can take your time and book an appointment soon.
However, not having a period usually means something is going on in the part of you that is involved in making babies. You should get that sorted out sooner, rather than later.

Whenever I see a question that looks really odd, I check the asker's history of questions. You've got 37 questions in the 3 months you've been posting here. 3 of them are about NASCAR and 34 questions are about whether or not you could be pregnant. The questions range from this one "Why haven't I had my period yet?" to way dumber questions "Can I get pregnant if my man pees in my vagina?"
See a doctor. I don't mean an OB/GYN. I mean a psychiatrist.

Wow, the time has come and gone for you to see a doctor! Hasn't your physician ever asked the date or your last period? It just seems that the issue would have arisen at some point. If you are very active, that may have something to do with it, but please make an appointment with an ob/gyn asap!

You might be a man?.. Or a person with both genders (transgendered).. or you could have been born without a uterus. You could have a blockage making it impossible for your menstrual blood to be expelled. Ask your doctor to set up an appointment with a specialist. Or if you are just a nutter.. you're odd.

Go see your gynecologist. My friend has the same problem and found out she has a couple of things wrong. Nothing serious and meds take care of it. I know she has an underactive thyroid problem. Taking the meds helps start her periods and regulates her thyroid. If she doesnt take her medicine, she doesnt have periods at all.

Only your doctor can tell you for sure. There are a lot of reasons. One could be that you have a tumor or something. Go see a doctor.

Do you exercise a lot? Many women who are serious athletes, especially gymnasts, tend not to get their periods until very late.
I would talk to your doctor.
