Yes, Jews are throughout the Quran, but not in the sense that Thin believes. It's his same type of thinking that leads to terrorists.
Anywhere you see a verse that refers to the people of the book, it is referring to the Jews and the Christians. Here are a few verses regarding non-Muslims, I know many religions are included, but I had already used these in another answer and, well, copy & paste is quicker, lol. If you would like more, just let me know.

9:6 “And if anyone of the Mushrikoon (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) seeks your protection then grant him protection so that he may hear the Word of Allah (the Qur’an) and then escort him to where he can be secure”

60:8-9 "As for such [of the unbelievers] as do not fight against you on account of [your] faith, and neither drive you forth from your homelands, God does not forbid you to show them kindness and to behave towards them with full equity: for, verily, God loves those who act equitably. God only forbids you to turn in friendship towards such as fight against you because of [your] faith, and drive you forth from your homelands, or aid [others] in driving you forth: and as for those [from among you] who turn towards them in friendship; it is they, they who are truly wrongdoers!"

3:64 "Say: O People of the Scripture. Come to an agreement between us and you: that we shall worship none but Allah, and that we shall ascribe no partners unto Him, and that none of us shall take others for lords beside Allah. And if they turn away, then say: Bear witness that we are they who have surrendered (unto Him)."

5:8 "O YOU who have attained to faith! Be ever steadfast in your devotion to God, bearing witness to the truth in all equity; and never let hatred of any-one lead you into the sin of deviating from justice. Be just: this is closest to being God-conscious. And remain conscious of God: verily, God is aware of all that you do."

16:125 "CALL THOU [all mankind] unto thy Sustainer's path with wisdom and goodly exhortation, and argue with them in the most kindly manner- for, behold, thy Sustainer knows best as to who strays from His path, and best knows He as to who have been guided."

Unfortunately there are some ignorant Muslims as well who know amazingly very little about their own religion even in the midst of predominantly Muslim countries. Islam demands a few things from us regarding non-Muslims, and that is that there is no compulsion in religion (no forceful conversions), no one is to transgress or attack anyone (self defense or fighting an ooppressive leader are the ONLY means for fighting), and to treat all kindly and with respect. The chopped up verses that people like Thin use have nothing to do with fighting people just because they're not Muslim or forcing others to convert, but it's the same method that the terrorists use. What some of us like to call the 'cut & paste' method of Islam.

The biggest 'beef' between Muslims and Jews right now is based on what's going on in Israel and Palestine (and now Lebanon), and is based on politics rather than religion. If religion is brought into it, it's only supported by the belief that Israel wants a Jewish-only state (no Muslims or Christians) so they try to rid themselves of anyone not Jewish, thus leading to uprisings by people who proudly display their faith as means of showing aggressors and oppressors that they're not afraid to be who they are.

The quran says ALOT about jews, mostly telling their stories with Moses. They are viewed as people of the book... ie they have a holy book just like muslims and Christians... The quran tells us that all religions that have holy books stem from one true religion which was that of the prophet Abraham. Islam and the quran only call for the killing of anyone who attacks muslims regardless of their religion.

1st of all, let me answer this ignorant called "laurie b" .. Mohammad is with a capital "M" if you know anything about manners or respect, obviously you come from an animal background.

Mohammad (pbuh) did not take the idea from jewish you ignorant, Prophet Moses (pbuh) (the Prophet of the children of Israel) and at the same time (the Messenger of Allah) and Prophet Mohammad are brothers in Islam they worship the same God and send the same message, but you're too blind to realize that. You're reported for disrespecting Our beloved Prophet and our fastest growing religion.

2nd of all, Allah told us how Jews disobeyed Prophet Moses (pbuh) and disbelieved in Him (Allah),

Allah also told us that jews are the killers of Messengers they keep targeting and killing leaders starting from the Messengers of Allah, but they failed to kill Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) with all the hard efforts they did.

We are prevented from hate, we do not hate, but Allah warned us so we could be careful and never trust them, cuz they are liars, and they act like animals, Allah says they are the sons of monkeys, this means they look like human but actually they're animals, and they are the son of pigs, which means they are dirty in their acts and thoughts.

But over all that we should not hate them and we should respect them until we see a bad action from them.

actuallly, mohammed got his religious ideas from jews. the koran is full of hebrew tales. the jews were traders passing through his land and they taught him the concept of monotheism. jews and muslims believe in the same god. abraham/ibrahim's god.

i think one of the coolest parts of the koran is where god and jesus talk and god says - hey, you don't believe that stuff about you being divine, do you? oh, heck no, that was my crazy followers, jesus says.

peace be upon all of us.

Here's what the Qu'uran says about non-believers in general:

2:6-7 "As for the Disbelievers, Whether thou warn them or thou warn them not it is all one for them; they believe not. Allah hath sealed their hearing and their hearts, and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be an awful doom."

2:286, 3:147 "Give us victory over the disbelieving folk."

3:28 "Let not the believers take disbelievers for their friends in preference to believers."

3:32 "Allah loveth not the disbelievers."

3:56 "As for those who disbelieve I shall chastise them with a heavy chastisement in the world and the Hereafter; and they will have no helpers."

3:85 "Whoso seeketh as religion other than the Surrender (to Allah) it will not be accepted from him, and he will be a loser in the Hereafter."

4:91 "Take them and kill them wherever ye find them. Against such We have given you clear warrant."

4:101 "The disbelievers are an open enemy to you."

4:144 "Choose not disbelievers for (your) friends in place of believers. Would ye give Allah a clear warrant against you?"

5:51 "Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. ... He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them."

8:39 "Fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is all for Allah."

9:5 "Slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush."

9:29 "Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah."

9:73 "Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites! Be harsh with them. Their ultimate abode is hell, a hapless journey's end."

9:113 "It is not for the Prophet, and those who believe, to pray for the forgiveness of idolaters even though they may be near of kin (to them) after it hath become clear that they are people of hell-fire."

9:123 "Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you."

22:15 "Whoso is wont to think (through envy) that Allah will not give him (Muhammad) victory in the world and the Hereafter (and is enraged at the thought of his victory), let him stretch a rope up to the roof (of his dwelling), and let him hang himself."

28:86 "Never be a helper to the disbelievers."

30:45 "He loveth not the disbelievers."

58:22 "Thou wilt not find folk who believe in Allah and the Last Day loving those who oppose Allah and His messenger, even though they be their fathers or their sons or their brethren."

60:1 "Choose not My enemy and your enemy for allies. Do ye give them friendship when they disbelieve?"

60:13 "Be not friendly with a folk with whom Allah is wroth, (a folk) who have despaired of the Hereafter."

66:9 "Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern with them. Hell will be their home, a hapless journey's end."

But the "Christian Bible" also has some choice words for "non-Christians", which presumably includes Jews:

They are without God.

"Whosoever ... abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God." -- 2 John 9

They are all antichrists.

"For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." -- 2 John 7

They should be shunned. Neither marry nor be friends with them.

"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? ... Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord." -- 2 Cor.6:14-17

They should be killed.

"If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you ... Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die." -- Dt.13:6-10
