No. Determination of sex is based on many other factors.

woman's diet - believe it or not, whether or not a woman drinks a lot of caffeine or the amount of salt in their diet will be a deciding factor of sex.

father's stress level - it's been known that airline pilots tend to make more girls

time of day - whether you conceive in the day or night can determine sex

sexual position - i think this one is most definitely true, after having 3 boys, now being pregnant with 2 more.

There are many other factors in determining sex of the baby. A blood type will not, the only thing that women have to watch for is that some blood types don't mix well (negatives).

There's books on this now. I've never read one in full. I think they're called "how to make a boy/girl"

All you could really determine is what blood type the infant will probably NOT be.
