I wanted to know how long they are pregnant for because my cat has been pregnant for a while but it is her first litter, I hope you can help me.

2. Tom cats will take more time. (Usually an year)
3. Carrying (Pregnancy) time is 3 months for all cats
4. Time period for all cats are the same.

cats are pregnant for 8 weeks..im pretty sure that is the same for all cats, though i could be wrong.

all cats have roughly the same gestation period of about 3-4 months.
