Joseph. He was very forgiving and humble after what he went through and trusted the Lord all his life.

Pontius Pilate! Not being argumentative but he strikes me as a troubled individual trying his best to administer a very delicate situation, struggling to reconcile the demands of the clerics, the application of Roman law and a genuine humanitarian concern for an impending injustice against an individual in his care. Seems to me, of all the people in the bible, he is the one of the few characters that exhibits a real life dilemma that translates into something we can all identify with.

Paul, because he wrote a lot of the new testament, he kept it real and didnt exolt himself he was on mission for Jesus and taught the truth back when people werent tryin to hear that. His testimony is good, he use to be a christian killer and blasphemer, but God still changed him and used him. The way Paul writes seems really modern.

Mine is David from the story of David and Goliath. I like the idea that the little people can triumph over the big people and with such a simple way too. It only took one small stone to bring him down. Just shows that if you take your time and think carefully you can do anything.
Great question by the way. God bless you . x

Job! Job! Job!

Job's story really puts everything in perspective. It lets us know how life is not all puppies, lemonade, and rainbows. When things don't go "our way", Job's plight dwarves our own, and gives us the insight to count our blessings. Job is a great example for all of us/those who have a false sense of entitlement.

Peace!
