Threat him with a stewpot. Show it to him and describe over and over the de-feathering process, the slaughtering process, the cooking process and the eating process.

Feel him out for plump thighs, meaty wings and solid breast meat. Let him understand what you doing. Said, "Yum-yum" while doing this and lick your chops several times.

Mention to your friends in his presence that you need a parrot-recipe book and ask them about spices and herbs appropriate to a parrot.

In short, do to the parrot what George Bush is doing to America and that is creating nightmare boogies and scaring everyone witless so we will let him establish a dictatorship and tear up the US Constitution which he is on report as calling a "g--d----ed piece of paper."

I guarantee yout that after a few days of this, the parrot will fink himself to you.

Reward him with a cracker when he does.

I have been breeding birds for about ten years. I have this problem as well, except my entire flock is on something and they wont share! I believe the large male cockatoo has evolved into dealing now. I have just set up aviary cam's to see who comes and goes and when I find the dealer, I am going to ask about a quantity discount - since he already has my whole flock and my cockatoo distributing for him! Good luck with yours. Maybe your bird can email my bird and we can get the answer out of him

Leave the parrot alone, you probably drove him to drugs by nagging at him all the time! Geez! If you are an addict too then you already have your own dealer

Find his stash and don't give it back to him until he talks! Also, keep a box of Shake & Bake around where he can see it. That might scare him a little.
