I was wondering today I had quite crushes, but never really told them. Wish I did !! Tell me your experiences, what was about your crush that you remember ?

I had lots of crushes, but I never let any of them be known... I was always too shy. I ended up married to my biggest crush ever anyway. He was my brother's best friend at the time. I guess he had a crush on me too! Maybe that's just how it works?

When I was in my SSC (Xth), one day I came back from school and I saw my mother talking to a visiter. He was the most handsome guy I had ever seen... tall, smart, sober, decent and he had a sweet smile on his face.

Later my mom told me that he was the son of my dad's friend who was in boarding school all these years. After that I saw him many times but never spoke to him. It seemed that I was invisible to him. He never noticed me. I did manage to get his photograph from one of our common friends but did not speak to him ever... as I never had the courage. My crush continued for about two years

After that I went to college and this started the most romantic period of my life. I was in a girl's college but being in Mumbai, I was taking a bus everyday. There was a very tall young Sardarji who boarded the same bus everyday. This boy tried to talk to me many times but I did not respond for many months. But one day, I went to the bus stand one hour late. This boy was waiting even then, even in the rain. And when we boarded the bus, we started talking a little. Gradually it changed to friendship.... just friendship and nothing else. I found him affectionate, protective and full of laughter.

Three years passed and I started to study for my post graduation from the same college. This is when he told me that he loved me. There was a period of confusion in my mind as we belonged to different language communities and my parents would never have allowed this marriage.

But I think 'love' just happens unplanned. We started going for movies and coffee breaks and to the beach. All this affected my studies and I passed my post graduation in third division... lol

After MA it became difficult to meet him daily. There was no way to go out of the house.

Then one day my parents fixed my marriage to some software engineer. I was not even consulted. So I had to take my life's biggest decision and ran away from home to get married to my Sardarji.

And now I am eight months married and very very happy

And I still like Sardarji jokes and collect all sort to tease him *wink*
