To have healthy long hair, you must keep the ends trimmed every 4 to 6 weeks. This minimizes the split ends and keeps your hair looking neat and sleek.
Try to blow dry only the roots in order to minimize damage to the ends. Use a shine boosting product containing silicone for a healthy, shiny look.
If you color, try a semi-permanent instead of permanent color to minimize the damage and breakage that can occur and impede healthy long hair.
Wash the roots, condition the ends.
Hope that helps.

Yes. Keep it trimmed...for healthier hair. Find out what products are best for your hair...and be creative. Explore using different clips and barrettes for your hair. Find a good conditioner. Protein and antioxidants help to keep hair healthy from the inside. I discovered I am not a short-hair personality....the hard way! At least it grows back.

Yes, sometimes in my chin and on my hum hum area.
All the others I pluck, shave, wax them out, it depends where they are located..
Now if you mean, my hair, as in mane, yes I use hot oil, great quality shampoo and conditioner, brushed it a lot. Keep it clean and shinny..
