My highlights arent as light as i wanted them either and the sun makes them lighter .

Yes you can. Just remember that the UV rays from the sun can lighten your hair. So either get a UV protectant or try and keep your head covered. Also if you are going to be in a pool try not to get it wet. Chlorine can turn your hair green. They make protcetants for that too.

Sure it's fine. But be careful. Make sure your hair is covered up mostly, though. UV rays from the sun can damage your hair and make your highlights brassy.

No. And not just because of your hair. Sun damage is easy to get, and any tan is actually damage. Avoid too much sun like the plague.

YES IT IS SAFE TO LIE IN THE SUN RIGHT AFTER GETTING HIGHLIGHTS..TO GO A LITTLE LIGHTER, TRY SOME LEMON JUICE SPRAYED ON YOUR HAIR..GOOD LUCK

of course it is but make sure your hair is wet or you will end with a lot of red in your hair
