I suspect you are thinking of, "An Abstract of Judgement". (not justice)
An Abstract of Judgment is a legal form filed with the County Recorders Office that puts everyone on notice that you have a judgment against the debtor.
I can't find any reference to "abstract of justice".

Help me to knew what my son's rights,he is number one suspect because of school vandelism with no evidence and police says that if they will found out my son is involve he will face abstraction of justice because my son tell him he has no responsibilty about the vandelisms
