I know POP is Point of Purchase.
Don't know about TPR, I think it is Temporary Price Reduction

POP=point of purchase, meaning advertising near where customers buy products. For instance, advertisements on cash registers and by the speakers at fast food drive thrus.
Never heard of TPR though

POP is point of purchase, or the cash register where the promotion is rung up.

TPR stands for temporary price reduction, i.e., a sale price.
