I'm an English as a second language student. I've heard many times that Japanese accent is something to be ridiculed while girls with Spanish accent is sexy. Or Euro accent is desirable. What sounds good is subjective, and I'd like to ask which foreign accent is a big turn-off for YOU.

My fave accents would hav to be the german or all the south asian accents. But a turn off would be the french ( especially fleur deacours from harry potter) or aussie accent. And the southern and northern US also tend to get on my nerves.

i does no longer say that any overseas accent is a turn off for me. If someone were to attempt chatting with me of their thick accent that i could not do not forget that could be extremely a turn off i ought to assert.

If I had to choose my least favorite, I would say any Asian accent (especially the many Indian accents, to echo the poster above!), which is sad because in general I find eastern Asian women to be very attractive. I'm not particularly fond of Arabic accents, either.

For me, nothing is a bigger turnoff than a French accent, zo grating on zee nerves, unless it is done by Inspector Clousseau, then it is adorable.

European accents are the best. Asians are really hard to understand, but the worst 'accent' is the southern U.S. drawl. ick.
