Suffered my second Spontaneous Pnuemothorax a week and a half ago, This time i want to work out as soon as possible. Does anyone know a workout routine or where to find one that wont put more stress on my lung during recovery? Just trying to stay in shape here and havent worked out since it happened and feel like a slob right now.

It was cause by a bleb on my lung, they went in and surgically removed 3 more that would have caused more problems later. Doc says I shouldnt do any exercises which would be cardio. That pretty much eliminates any exercise i know. Just want to do something that wont cause a strain on my bad lung. Is a stationary bike at a very slow pace ok, docs wont say. I am a active 30 Y.O. or was till this happened. now i am told to sit still as I am fragile, what the hell, lol. just a little more insight here.
