Everyone s different my orthodontist told my that some people have to wear them ten years for me he said 3-4 years. But I recommend not to stop wearing them always wear them at night it s the safest thing to do. You would also notice your teeth moving over time if you do put on the retainers and wear them 24/7 for a few days to get your teeth back into
position.

Around 1-2 years depend on particular case, go for regular checkups.
You can take advice from Orthodontists Munich, Eugnath.de. any time.

It's not the same for everybody. Usually they have you wear it all the time for a few months, then after that only at night.

The orthodontist usually recommends you at least sleep in it for the rest of your life. I wore mine about 2 years and my teeth have shifted because I stopped wearing them. Now I have TMJ problems and may have to wear them again (my jaw locks up and hurts).
Ask your ortho, but I'm sure they'll tell you to plan to wear them indefinitely if you want to keep your perfect smile.

My children's orthodontist said at night for the rest of their lives. You stop wearing them your teeth will shift and you will be back in braces before you know it. Wearing your retainers at night keeps your teeth perfectly aligned like they were when you got your braces off.
