Look in a book for a "colour wheel": opposites of the wheels are contrasting, adjacent colours are complimentary.
BTW, what is a ppt ?

You need a list? You never took art? The colors that are opposite on the color wheel are contrasting. Red and green. Blue and orange. Purple and yellow.

I strongly advise that you use COMPLIMENTARY colors for your PowerPoint presentation and not contrasting colors. There are many premade templates for you to choose from. If you don't have a good eye for color, pick one of those.
