No child is "illegitimate." Sins of the parents, if any, do not fall onto a child who has no control over what parents do.
If you mean you want to bring your parents to the USA, contact the US State Department. Good luck. Legal immigrants sometimes have to work as long as 10 or 11 years to get to the US legally.
