Well! that's what bullys are all about. Imagine! if those innocent civilians had the same fire power and desire to use it what middle east would be like. It's like deer hunting, may be worst than that.
One Nuclear power surrounded by all stone throwers. Kidnapping & harassing of arab civilians by Isreal was nothing new, now Hamas kidnaped one( may be two) of theirs and all hell broke loose. To the Isaerli surprise they started rocket firing "after" their houses were burnt and the families were thrown out and butchered, in gaza, west bank & other places. Not the other way arround.
I don't know but history tells me "Fire power" is not everything. There are other ways of solving the matter. For example accept the facts on the ground and sit on the table to talk. I mean talk it out! man.
By denying the reality you won't go nowhere. I mean who knows there will be an occupying force in next fifty years from now. People in future will read in the books "there was horible time period from 1947 to 2047 and all is calm and peaceful now". Until next invasion in say 2050, by another nation for claim of their own someones land as "a holyland" that "God Promised to them".
God is watching....He can see his mistake of promising someone else's land to his "chosen people".I mean that was "Favoritism", "Land Grab" and "Trespass" by God.

From the report link you put up:
"The stricken minibus was carrying 16 people fleeing the village of Tairi, working their way through the mountains for the southern port city of Tyre. A missile hit the bus near the village of Yaatar, killing three and wounding the rest, security officials said. The wounded were taken to hospitals in Tyre.
On Saturday, the Israeli military told residents of Taire and 12 other nearby villages to evacuate by 4 p.m."
So, the IDF gave prior fair warning to all non combatants to leave the area. So if your dumb enough to be there after the deadline, one must assume you are a combatant! I doubt hezbollah would be so kind????? Also what call civilian infrastructure also has a dual military purpose. A Cell phone tower for example. It is a command and control target. Hezbolah is likely to communicate by phone rather than a radio nertwork in a regular military. Airports are targets because they can be a supply source for more rockets, and a escape route for the leaders.

Because radical muslims had choosen the strategy to hide themselves and there weapons in the house or vecinity of civilian supporters, so the wil die with them. They make people think that Ala will take them to Heaven. They beleive God is wearrior that loves deaths. There strategy is to convince you that israel hates de arab civilians. They also must install there rocket expellers in the houses of the people or even use their weapons when they are between a group of civialns, so if we one agrees to defend it´s self they will be hurt and so they get the propaganda that they are martirs and their enemy the bad.
Those neighbours that do not agree may be killed for traidors. Any pacific intention is thaught to be a traiton. ¿Did do realize they have not peace movements into arab countries?.
it´s based on the media. they sell the picture not the real thing.

Collateral damage will always happen, unfortunately, even if you are targeting military targets. Also you must keep in mind that the stratagy of Hezbollah is to blend in with civilians. By so doing even if they hit a car our house that is the house of a Hezbollah, it may apear to people that they were just hitting a random house or random car.
Unfortunately, because because of the tactics of Hezbollah, of blending in with civilians, I don't thinks that Isreal has much choice. The question you must ask, is Isreal the real enemy? Do they want to strike civilians, or are they attempting to strike Hezbollah, but in the process sometimes also acidentally hit innocent civilian.
People outside the middle east think that Isreal is not purposefully trying to kill civilians.

Israel is only defending itself. They have warned civilians of S. Lebanon to vacate and Lebanon knows their motives. The irony of the weapons in Mosques should be enough evidence of what Hamas and Hezbollah are up to. THEY WANT TO DESTROY ALL WHO ARE NOT MUSLIM. Especially Jews and Americans.
You sit there on your keyboard questioning Israel's defense tactics, yet you don't mention the innocent civilians in Israel that are getting Hezbollah rockets up their @ss at 2am! You have no regard for the fact that Israel has time and time again, tried to come to agreements and peaceful solutions, but no. The Hezbollah and the Lebanese gvmt. have deceived not only the rest of the world, but their own people as well.

Why is it that people keep asking ignorant questions?
Israel is bombing IN RESPONSE to the rocket attacks on innocent Israeli civilians. The causality rate of 10 Lebanese, to 1 Israeli, only reflects Israel's military superiority.

Because you are not looking at both sides of the story.
Have you not noticed that people who are qualified in military analysis are _not_ criticizing Israel?
BTW - I would suggest that you apply some skepticism to any claim of refugees being attacked.

Because Hezbollah is using civilian infrastructure to fire missiles into Israel.
Because they are in the way. Collateral damage.
Any other questions, genius?
