Two parts to this. Fear means a state of mind that keeps anticipating something bad to happen all the time, physically, mentally, economically or otherwise. Unreasonable will mean
a) It is not generally accepted norm
b) Under normal circumstances, there are no evidences that support rationale for the fear

Example: If I have general fear of crossing the road all the time thinking that a truck will come and hit me, this will be unreasonable fear.

unreasonable fear is like when you are scared of things that dont hurt you, they are alot like phobias
ex. you are scared to go out into the light cus you think it's evil (unreasonable fear)

Blowing something out of proportion simply because you don't feel in control of the situation at hand...acting contrary and oblivious to facts that you know are true but not what you wish to see or hear.
