1) All are algae but Spirogyra and oscillatora are unbranched and fresh water algae . Fucus is branched ,macrosopic and marine algae. So Fucus is the odd man out.

2) Chlamydomonas is the only unicellular and motile alga in this group. The other two are multicellular and non-motile. So Chlamydomonas is the odd man out.
Kindly learn to spell the words correctly before venturing to test others.
It is Ulothrix and NOT Ulothris. By the way what is Nostu...?. I have taken it as a Nostoc.

3) Riccia and Anthoceros are bryophytes ,only Penicillium is a fungus. So It is Penicillium odd man out.

1. oscilatoria - bacause it is cyanobacteria, not true algae like Spirogyra and Fucus

2. Nostoc - for exactly the same reason because it is cyanobacteria, not true algae like Chlymydomonas adn Ulothrix (mind the spelling)

3. Penicillium - because it is fungus, while the other are plants related to mosses (Bryophyta)
