If you have a racist thought, that means you ARE a racist, I'm afraid. I don't have that kind of "accidents". I mean, do you have accidental thoughts against other things you do love?

What would I do? Review my whole system of convictions, and see what's behind that, so I can stop having "accidents".

People are judged individually for their actions.

Groups are stereotyped because that is how the mind works. What are some identifying characteristics / generalizations which are not racist? There are none, because regardless of the group, someone will be offended by your generalization.

If one comes to a conclusion and they do not like it, and they choose to ignore or modify their conclusion due to the sociological ramifications, they have become self deluding.

If you are aware of it, then you have already conquered it. The real problem is people who have racist thoughts and don't even know it. So they think what they do is perfectly logical and right and never realize that they are racists. I'm sure you have met people like that. Even worse is people who are deliberately racist.

think about how it would make you feel if someone though that way about you just because of your race and if that doesn't help change your though than I don't know what will. although I am sure to some degree everybody thinks badly of others races to some extent at one point in time in their lives, I'd imagine it also helps to realize that nobody is perfect and that it is wrong of us to judge one another
