do you think that mexican citizens could have probably fixed their worst domestic issues, by now? Also, when do you think Congress is going to show up for work on this one, or have they been 'outsourced', too?

I think their problem is corruption in their country. No matter how hard they work, it won't fix anything.

I think they need to demonstrate there like they did in the US.

Congress is starting to outsource this. When you call, it's rerouted through a T1 line to either India, Philippines, or Mexico.
