I don't see why you call it racist. A rhino is an animal. "Whiteo" is undefined. It seems to me that only racists would think it was a racist joke.
Is it funny? It's just a simple rhyme. I'm not really one who laughs every time someone manages to find some words that rhyme,. But anything is funny to somebody somewhere. It's just that not everything is funny to everybody everywhere.
