Bovine Scatology.
Egyptians are black people?
I think Egyptians, that is; those that are from that region without those of other more southern areas of Africa, are Egyptian. They have the appearance of a race different to black, more similar to the arab races to the east.
Mary was from a line of Judah. (c.f. Genesis 49 )
Joseph was not the father, so we can count him out. Judah occupied the House or Kingdom of Judah.
This is not to say that Jesus wasn't black, I don't know what color God imputed him with, but I do know that if Jesus had a particular trait that appearance wise, that was different to the typical Jew of that time, it would have been reported. Of that I would be pretty sure.
I know that you stated that you wanted people to come here if they thought that Jesus was white and I don't think you can call him that per se, but the thing you are supposed to do is ask a question, and you initially didn't, so I answered anyway.

When Phillip joined the Ethiopian he did not have a problem with his race. The Ethiopian wanted to know about the Word of the Lord. Phillip did not say you are a Green Person so you are not going to here the Word from me. He proceeded on to explain the Scriptures. Terrible thing when race begins to interfere with Christianity. When Jesus said , Take up your cross and follow me, He didn't say check out my color or ethnic background. The Jewish people was sticklers for their blood lines and could trace back to Abraham. I always wondered why now I think I know. Questions like these would arise in future generations to come. I believe all are equal in the sight of God no matter if they are green in color. Racism is an awful thing created by the hatred of mankind. Where there is no love found there is sin. Sin is directly from Satan. So human beings are willing and open to follow the path of sin right to the door of Satan,. Try talking to a few people outside of your own race, you may be pleasantly surprised to find they are actually humans too. If the intellectual are so correct why does racism exist today? If the Atheist is correct why does racism exist today? If there be a true Christian you have perfect love of all races. Jesus is not a respecter of persons, only people can come up with this idea. Christians are to be Christ-like so being as such, when they brought the sick and infirmed to Him He didn't look at their color, but had compassion. He is our example. I call for all Christians to follow His example, with love, compassion and truth. Lose all of the religious teachings because the desciples had the same problems as the religionists today. Jesus told them to let them alone, if they are not against me they are for me. Find the true love, truth and compassion that we are all to follow, our example.

Jesus was born Yeshua..a Jewish name..Hebrew in fact. Hebrews live in the region of the middle east. He went to Africa and to Egypt because he was hid there by His parents. Judaism is a religion, being of Hebrew/Jewish decent is a race. It is the only race/religion on the face of the planet. Race doesn't matter because Jesus came for both the Jew and the Gentile and is no respecter of persons. Anyone who does make race an issue is going against His teachings and is an elitist racist person. I hope this is not the case with you..but I'm thinking...maybe it is. Grow up and discover what is real. Love in Christ, ~J~

A few short years ago, white Americans will have rebutted with a resounding 'Yes' he's white. That was before the media educated them on what people in that area really looked like. BTW, today there is more white there than before, in Jesus' day the race was 'purer'
Now they grudgingly say 'brown', they cannot yet bring themselves to say 'black'. Or some would say "it doesn't matter" to be safe. It used to matter a lot!!!!
I predict in a few years they WILL admit he was black. Right now there is still enough racism and fantasy of superiority for them to see him as other than Michelangelo's or Mel Gibson's image.

Jesus was the "second Adam". The word Adam means ruddy complected,...to see blush in the face;...A certain race of people. The 10 tribes that migrated north, (Israel) passed over the Caucus Mountains, and thus were named Caucasian. Caucasians are a white race, but can tan or be burnt by the sun. If you look at those of Judah, the tribe that did not migrate,..those that remain in Israel, the Jews, you will see that they are also Caucasian peoples.

If he existed, he would likely have been a brown person due to the part of the world the bible myths were written about. Ya don't see a lot of native caucasians over there.
Jewish is used to refer to both a race of people, and a religion. It can be confusing but it's correct for either of those.

Come here if you know it really doesn't matter. He most likely looked like most dudes from Nazareth/the Mid East. I don't care if he was blond haired and blue eyed, curly haired and green eyed, short stubbly haired with pimples and jagged teeth or dark brown with bug eyes. I could really care less. The LORD is glorious and beautiful in every way not just physical. Don't limit him. If you seek the truth, then I suppose you'll have to wait until the day you see His face on this one and not make unfounded assumptions. If God meant for us to know how He looked, He'd have left a picture.

Ur right about him not being white, but Egyptians are not black either. Why would you think burnt skin means black?
When I think of black african, I think of the lower regions, such as the Sudan, and the Congo, not the northern parts like Egypt or Libya.

I think everyone miss it.. The genealogy of Jesus is right in the first chapter of Matthew. He is of the house of David. David was of the house of Judah. Israel and all the Arabs in that part of the world trace their linage to Abraham. They are all Caucasian. It doesn't matter what race Jesus is as long as He is rightful King.

no man or woman at present knows what Jesus fairly sounds like and so even as an artist depicts Jesus, they see him by ability of their own eyes. subsequently in the adventure that they are white, he will be white. in the adventure that they are black then their Jesus will be black too, yet as some different person has already reported, Jesus as a Jew, changed into of center jap visual charm. subsequently neither black or white!
